Saul holds a degree in Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1997), with post-graduate studies in Tax Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela. With a career of almost 24 years as tax advisor, Saul has a wide experience in assisting clients in the evaluation of different aspects relating to national and municipal tax application. Likewise, he has supported clients in corporate restructuring processes (mergers and incorporation of new companies), from a corporate law perspective, including the evaluation of different schemes for the optimization of the respective tax burden and the effects of such structures on foreign investments.
Saul has wide experience in tax litigations, both at administrative and judicial level including the Venezuelan Supreme Court of Justice.
Clients: His main clients include Halliburton, Diebold, AlfaLaval, Accenture, Honeywell, Huawei, Corteva, among others.
Certifications: Saul is a member of the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law (AVDT), and bilingual (English-Spanish).
