As part of my practice, I also represent the ATO in tax appeals in the Federal Court of Australia and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). This includes appeals under Part IVC of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). I am also experienced in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) of taxation disputes and ADR processes. Whether acting for or against, I maintain a strong working relationship with the ATO. This ensures I can help my clients effectively manage their relationship with the ATO and resolve disputes at the earliest opportunity.
