ABOUT HENRY CHAN Henry is the EY Greater China Managing Partner of Tax and has 30 years of experience in providing tax and business advisory services. He is a veteran of advising multinational corporations on foreign exchange, permanent establishment issues, treaty relief application, strategy for tax controversy, and tax efficient supply chain management. He also supports Chinese enterprises in going aboard and advises them on overseas investment and business.
