Before joining PMI in 2008, she worked for Deloitte, holding various positions in international tax, assisting companies with multinational transactions, supply chain rationalization and intellectual property structuring. Before changing careers to specialize in taxation, she spent six years as a budget and legislative analyst for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Ms. Mendez Darby has a degree in economics from Miami University and received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law.
