Dooley, President, founded Advanced Recovery Services, Inc. (“ARS’) in 1998. From the beginning, his idea was to operate a firm that specialized in the recovery of sales and use tax and property tax, and to provide these services solely on a contingency fee basis. On the strength of his vision, ARS is now a national consulting firm with an ever growing portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts, minimizing their future tax liabilities. ARS cannot only help with these issues but offers the following services as well: • Sales and Use Tax Advisory Services • Sales and Use Tax Review and Recovery • Audit Defense • State Letter Rulings • Educational & Post Review Seminars • Voluntary Disclosure Agreements • Amnesty Filings • Compliance and Nexus Studies • Electric & Gas Studies and Pricing • Real Estate Tax Consulting & Appeals • Personal Property Tax Consulting & Appeals ARS’ success is based on its total commitment to excellence in service.
