BAHRAIN ABOUT PHILIPPE NORRÉ Phillipe leads our indirect tax practice for Bahrain and has 25 years of experience in Value-added Tax (VAT) and other transactional taxes. He understands the business environment in Bahrain, Qatar and the broader region, and has worked closely with GCC governments on the development and implementation of their VAT laws and tax authority infrastructure. He has also advised companies and authorities on VAT and indirect taxes in Australia, India and Europe and served as the personal advisor to an EU Commissioner for taxation.
