POLAND ABOUT DARIUSZ WASYLKOWSKI Dariusz Wasylkowski heads the Tax practice and the State Aid practice. He advises Polish and foreign clients from a range of industries on Polish and international tax law. He represents clients in audits, tax proceedings, administrative court proceedings, and civil and criminal litigation related to income tax, customs, VAT and excise duties. He advises individual clients in international asset planning, international tax reporting, inheritance cases, and changes of residence and citizenship. He also coordinates projects associated with state aid, particularly connected with granting of state aid for projects financed with public funds or from the EU budget. In 2014–2016 he was amember of the Tax LawConsultation Council at the Ministry of Finance. He started his legal career in 1993. In 1994–1999 he was an associate at Wardyński & Partners. In 2000–2004 he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche.
