FRANCE | EUROPE ABOUT MARC BORNHAUSER After his university education - Magister of Business Law (Paris II Assas, Promotion 1988) - Marc joined the Department of Direct Taxes Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1988 as Legal Trainee. Marc Bornhauser became a lawyer following the merger of the professions of Lawyer and Legal Counsel in 1992 and left the Office Francis Lefebvre in 1995 to join the Cabinet Simeon and Associates before founding the Cabinet Bornhauser in 1997. Marc Bornhauser is President of the IACF (Institute of Tax Lawyers), where he chaired the Commission on Taxation of Heritage. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. He is the author of various articles in particular on the capital gains of disposals of securities and taught for 12 years in the Master II Business Law and Taxation of Paris II. He hosts numerous conferences within the IACF Marc Bornhauser holds the honors specialization in Tax Law.
